User Agreement

User Agreement for Scanmytrip.com

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the services provided by Scanmytrip.com and its affiliate companies to users who seek to purchase products or services through its website, mobile app, customer support center, sales representatives, agents, and promotional campaigns. Hereafter, both Scanmytrip.com and the User will be collectively referred to as "parties."

User's Responsibility to Review and Understand This Agreement

By accessing or using Scanmytrip.com and its services, the User agrees to abide by the terms and conditions specified in this agreement, including any future modifications or supplementary guidelines. Scanmytrip.com reserves the right to modify, alter, or remove any part of these terms without prior notice.

All rights and obligations of the User and Scanmytrip.com concerning any services provided shall be governed solely by this agreement. Scanmytrip.com holds the authority to restrict or terminate access to any of its services at any time, without prior notice and for any reason.

In addition to this agreement, the User must acknowledge and accept the terms of service (TOS) of such third-party providers. These TOS will be made available and updated by Scanmytrip.com and will be considered an integral part of this agreement.

By availing of these services, the User agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement and the applicable third-party TOS. If the User disagrees with any part of these terms, they should refrain from using Scanmytrip.com's services.

Third-Party Account Information

By using Scanmytrip.com's website or mobile app, the User authorizes Scanmytrip.com and its agents to access third-party platforms, including banks and payment gateways, to retrieve relevant transaction details on their behalf.

During registration, the User must create a password and is responsible for maintaining its confidentiality. The User assumes full responsibility for any activity carried out under their account credentials. If unauthorized access or security breaches occur, the User must immediately notify Scanmytrip.com.

Scanmytrip.com is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of the User's account or password.
